Galveston workouts expanded to 5X/week: second pool session and new track workout added starting January 6th.

LFD is an outdoor physical fitness program that is based off our experience in the U.S. military and the Special Operations Community. The missions of these elite units are very diverse so the training for them is diverse as well. We've taken these experiences and developed a program that focuses on a holistic approach to fitness. We are not a boot camp program, we are not interested in making you wet & sandy or screaming at you.

Our program is based off our time while in operational platoons/units. It's the everyday workouts we used to do as well as the latest workouts used by our teammates today to maintain the highest level of readiness. The workouts include things like stretching, calisthenics, running, swimming & weight training. We believe having a good cross section of different events not only keeps the workouts interesting but also provides a challenge like no other workout.
