Legion Fitness & Development is pleased to announce the introduction of a new program called Indoctrination Week ("iWeek"). The primary objective of iWeek is to give each participant an unbiased assessment of where they are from a physical fitness perspective and what specific next steps they can take to improve their health and well-being.
iWeek will be a five-day program that will last for one hour per day, from 5:30 – 6:30 AM. iWeek is appropriate for both males and females at all fitness levels. It is designed as the first step in a multi-step program for better physical fitness and nutrition. |
ACTIVITY SUMMARY
Monday: physical fitness assessment and nutrition overview Tuesday: introduction to LFD calisthenics routines (various exercises used and proper form) Wednesday: injury prevention and fatigue recovery techniques Thursday: light exercise day Friday: recap of week, lessons learned, and next steps for continued health |

The program will be challenging, but the challenge will be tailored to fit each participants capabilities. Particular attention will be paid to exercising safely and to long-term goals and objectives rather than a quick fix.
Subsequent Programs Following the successful completion of Indoctrination Week, each participant will be given an option to continue on their path to fitness by joining one of two groups, each focused on long-term goals: Both programs are focused on setting and reaching long-term fitness and nutrition goals for each of the program participants. |
