I-Week is a five-day fitness program for one hour per day from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. In addition to the five-day program, you will also receive access to the ongoing Garrison program for 3 weeks.

What's included:
  • A Legion Fitness & Development shirt is included as part of the program. Please select your shirt size below. It will be provided on the first day of the program.
